Learn the popular exercise techniques discussed in the book through a four week experience of group discussion, viewing Esmonde Technique workout DVDs and practicing self-taught movements. Please read designated chapters prior to each week. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or towel.

Tues., June 21 and 28, prior to meetings read pgs. 63-75, 123-146, 226-241.
