Aging Backwards: Reverse the Aging Process and Look 10 Years Younger in 30 Minutes a Day By Miranda Esmonde-White Four Week Book Discussion/Exercise Motivation Group Tues., June 7, 14, 21, 28, 6:30-8:00 pm Learn the popular exercise techniques discussed in the book through a four week experience of group discussion, viewing Esmonde Technique workout DVDs and practicing self-taught movements. Please read designated chapters prior to each week. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a mat or towel. Tues., June 7, prior to meeting, read pgs. 1-44, 119-122, and 221. Tues., June 14, prior to meeting read pgs. 100-115, 197-219. Tues., June 21 and 28, prior to meetings read pgs. 63-75, 123-146, 226-241.
